Mini Flourless Chocolate Cakes
Haley, from If You Give a Blonde a Kitchen, and I teamed up for a fun Galentine’s Day celebration. The ultimate Galentine’s Day has three things- chocolate, champagne and plenty of pink. Here are plenty of comfortable, casual looks for your girls night, suitable for plenty of girl talk. Hailey taught me how to whip up these scrumptious little (gluten-free!) cakes. Best of all, it ended with us eating them.
This recipe can be shared with your best girlfriend, the love of your life or even your favorite kiddo ;-). It’s great because it literally only makes 2 and they are the perfect size for a little after dinner treat. Jump over to her site for this delicious recipe and look below for what we wore and our easy Champagne Cocktail.
Haley and I met when she taught my first Bar Method class. I quickly found out that she is an amazing baker and has a drool-worthy food blog. She, also, has the cutest golden retriever puppy too…hence the sweatshirt I picked out for her!

For the cocktail, we simply put fresh, diced strawberries in a glass topped with 1/2 oz of chambord and topped with champagne. A great accompaniment to the chocolate cake.
Here are some other Galentine or Valentine options!
We had the best time talking about cooking, blogging, clothes and of course eating and having cocktails. Happy Galentine’s AND Valentine’s Day!
